Warranty

1.	Our shade cloth is conditionally warranted against product breakdown as a result of ultra-violet (UV) exposure for a term of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
2.	Our shade cloth is warranted against UV degradation under tension for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
3.	This warranty is provided on a pro-rata basis.
4.	This warranty is granted on the following conditions.
	a.	Any fault discovered in reported to Pro-Knit Industries Pty Ltd immediately in writing.
	b.	Pro-Knit Industries Pty Ltd or its agent is given the opportunity to examine the fault prior to its removal.
5.	No liability is accepted for the following.
	a.	Improper treatment of the fabric
	b.	Effects of solvents, chemicals, and detergents which can damage the fabric.
	c.	Damage caused by faulty installation or inappropriate use of the product.
6.	This warranty only relates to the replacement of product. It does not apply to any associates structural or plant claim. No claim (whatever the nature) for any type of structural and/or plant damage will be recognized.
7.	This warranty includes the replacement of the product by a suitably qualified fabricator (Remove & Replace Policy) at the sole discretion of Pro-Knit Industries Pty Ltd.
8.	The remove and Replace policy only applies to UV breakdown and does not cover manufacturing faults. Manufacturing faults are eligible for fabric replacement only, subject to the terms set out herein.
9.	This warranty applies to the complete range of knitted fabrics, regardless of colors.
10.	Moreover every benefit provided by this warranty is in addition to all other rights and remedies that are conferred upon the customer by law unless otherwise limited or excluded.
